4e4904c188 feat(migration): Hard migration of feature extraction from ml to common (225 features)
ARCHITECTURAL FIX: Resolves critical feature dimension mismatch
- Training: 256 features → 225 features
- Inference: 30 features → 225 features
- Models: 16-32 features → 225 features (ready for retraining)
