cb515363a9 fix(warnings): Eliminate 136 warnings across workspace via 11 parallel agents

Pre-commit warning regression fix wave - deployed 11 parallel Task agents to systematically eliminate all compilation errors (2) and warnings (136) across the entire workspace.

d7697823cb Wave 139: Regime detection fixes - 13/19 tests passing (68.4%)

030a15ee05 🔧 Emergency Fix: Resolve catastrophic _i32 suffix corruption (463→0 errors) 
- Fixed systematic array indexing corruption: [0_i32] → [0]
- Fixed numeric literal suffixes across 835 files
- Fixed iterator patterns on RwLockReadGuard (.iter() required)
- Fixed float type annotations (365.25_f64 for sqrt)
- Fixed missing semicolons in position manager
- Fixed reference dereferencing in data loader

Root cause: Mass refactoring incorrectly added _i32 suffixes to array indices
Impact: Complete compilation failure (463 errors)

aabffe53cb 🚀 CRITICAL FIX: Eliminate all foxhunt- prefix violations 
BREAKING CHANGES:
- Renamed foxhunt-core → core (user requirement: NO foxhunt- prefixes)
- Renamed foxhunt-config → config (eliminated 500+ import errors)
- Fixed 100+ files with corrected import statements
- Removed TLI database module (architectural violation)

ROOT CAUSE RESOLVED:
The forbidden foxhunt- prefix was causing 2,000+ compilation errors
due to hyphen/underscore mismatch in imports. This commit eliminates
ALL naming violations per user requirements.

IMPACT:
✅ 97.5% reduction in compilation errors (2000+ → <50)
✅ TLI is now a pure gRPC client (1,480 errors eliminated)
✅ Clean architecture per TLI_PLAN.md
✅ All crates use clean names without prefixes
