jgrusewski	3df8b2fc79	infra: resize test-data PVC to 50Gi for 3Q MBP-10 + trades data ... 3Q of MBP-10 order book data for ES.FUT is ~18GB compressed. 10Gi PVC was insufficient for the full OHLCV + MBP-10 + trades dataset.
