- Added safe_div(), safe_mul(), and safe_add() helper functions
- All helpers check for NaN, infinity, and division by zero

70c13ca40d 🔧 Remove AWS SDK dependencies, partial vault fix 
- Removed aws-sdk-s3 and aws-config from trading_service
- Started fixing vault feature gating in config crate
- Need to complete vault integration (not optional)
- Need shared model loading library for trading and backtesting services
