- api_gateway/revocation.rs: 7 Prometheus .unwrap()→abort pattern
- ml_training/simple_metrics.rs: remove #![allow(clippy::unwrap_used)],
  fix 4 Prometheus .unwrap()→abort pattern

All service crates now enforce deny(unwrap_used) without file-level
overrides.
