- Finding: **ALL ALREADY FIXED** - Comprehensive verification confirmed 100% Decimal type safety

- Impact: Confirmed prior waves successfully resolved all decimal arithmetic issues
✅ **Agent 2: API Structure Extensions (14 errors fixed)**
