jgrusewski 3db41edf70 Wave 13.3-13.4: Infrastructure Deep-Dive + TLI ML Trading Complete + Compilation Fixed
Wave 13.3 (20+ agents):
- Infrastructure validation: Backtesting (100%), Paper Trading (60%), Autonomous (30%)
- TLI ML trading: 9/9 tests PASSING with real JWT authentication
- Honest assessment: 65% production ready, 12-16 weeks to full autonomous trading
- Documentation: 60KB+ comprehensive reports

Wave 13.4 (Continuation):
- Fixed TLI binary rebuild (all 9 tests now passing)
- Fixed data crate compilation (cleaned 15.6GB stale cache)
- Verified Databento API key status (works for OHLCV, 401 for MBP-10)
- Created comprehensive status reports

Test Results:
- TLI ML trading: 9/9 tests PASSING (100%)
- Test performance: <50ms per test, 130ms total
- Build performance: Data crate 37.61s, TLI 0.44s

Discoveries:
- 19MB existing DBN files (ES.FUT, NQ.FUT, ZN.FUT, 6E.FUT)
- Paper trading infrastructure ready (just needs ML connection - 2 hours)
- Trading agent service has 10 stubbed methods needing implementation
- 12 E2E tests ignored (need GREEN phase implementation)
- Test coverage: 47% (target: 95%)
