- Removed target/ directories (build artifacts)
- Eliminated 12 development reports (preserved in git history)
- Removed 6 implementation summaries (work completed)
- Consolidated 10 duplicate documentation files

- Space saved: ~800MB-1GB
- Markdown files: Reduced from 73 to 45 (38% reduction)

## Preserved
- ✅ DATA_PLAN.md (as requested)
- ✅ TLI directory and all contents
- ✅ Core documentation (README, CLAUDE.md, ARCHITECTURE)

All removed files remain accessible via git history.
Workspace is now lean and focused on essential files only.
