Copy broker_gateway.proto from broker_gateway_service into fxt/proto/ and wire it into build.rs compile_protos + lib.rs proto module so the CLI can call BrokerGatewayService RPCs (health check, account state, session status). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
