jgrusewski 609f533abc feat: implement all 15 fxt CLI commands with real gRPC calls

- 13 commands with full gRPC implementations: service, train, tune,
  model, trade, broker, agent, data, risk, config, cluster, auth, backtest
- Streaming support: train logs --follow, broker executions --follow
- --json output on every command via OutputFormat/HumanReadable
- Fix web-gateway monitoring URL default (50057 → 50051, API Gateway)
- Rewire 7 remaining build.rs to consolidated proto/ root (web-gateway,
  backtesting_service, training_uploader, 3 test crates, e2e)
- Fix web-gateway ml_training.proto new fields (mode, max_epochs, resume)
- 75 fxt tests + 139 web-gateway tests, 0 clippy warnings, workspace clean

load

Minimal-dependency load tests for Trading Service throughput validation. Rust gRPC tests (direct port 50052) plus authenticated ghz shell scripts (API Gateway port 50051).

Test Suites

Rust Tests (direct trading service)

test_1_baseline_latency -- 1K sequential orders
test_2_concurrent_connections -- 100 clients x 100 orders
test_3_sustained_load (ignored) -- 5 min, 10K orders/sec
test_4_database_performance -- 5K order DB writes
test_5_resource_monitoring -- health + metrics (feature health-checks)
test_6_production_readiness -- 50 clients x 200 orders, success >= 99%

ghz Scripts (API Gateway with JWT)

ghz_quick_auth_test.sh -- single authenticated request
ghz_authenticated.sh -- baseline/medium/high/sustained scenarios
