E4-E5: Trade autopsy per-branch LR, ensemble agreement
E6-E8: Winner distillation, hindsight labels, curriculum weights
E9: State confidence (deferred — needs K-means kernel)

~215 lines Rust, no new CUDA kernels. 6 tasks.
