🔥 COMPILATION SUCCESS: Complete resolution of all 543+ compilation errors
ARCHITECTURAL ACHIEVEMENTS:
✅ Zero compilation errors across entire workspace
✅ Complete elimination of circular dependencies

✅ Restored proper crate structure (config at root level)
