- Push ci-builder to rg.fr-par.scw.cloud/foxhunt-ci (Kapsule nodes can pull natively)
- Add SCR + GitLab imagePullSecrets to runner config
- Dockerfile.ci-builder unchanged (CUDA 12.4 + Rust 1.89 + protoc + sccache)
