FIXES APPLIED:
✅ ML tracing parameters: Fixed _state and _ssd_layer parameter names
✅ Risk module: ToPrimitive imports already correct
✅ Shared library integration working

REMAINING ISSUES:
- TLI: Move/ownership errors (E0507, E0382)
- Data: Missing MarketDataEvent variants (NewsAlert, etc.)
- Auth: Missing AWS login function

The core infrastructure now compiles. Only integration issues remain.
