fix: migrate gpu_smoketest.rs to native CUDA — 39 errors fixed
Device→MlDevice, Tensor→GpuTensor, Var eliminated. Test 3 rewritten for GpuTrainResult scalar consistency. All ml-dqn tests compile clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
