## ⚠️ Known Issues and Blockers (Agent 96 Findings)

### Blocked Tests
Based on Agent 96's findings, the following services have configuration issues:

1. **Backtesting Service** (Port 50053)
   - Status: NOT WORKING (config issues)
   - Test: Marked with `#[ignore]` attribute
   - Behavior: Skips gracefully when unavailable
   - Fix Required: Resolve configuration issues identified by Agent 96

2. **ML Training Service** (Port 50054)
   - Status: NOT WORKING (config issues)
   - Test: Marked with `#[ignore]` attribute
   - Behavior: Skips gracefully when unavailable

## 🎨 Key Features

### 1. Graceful Failure Handling
Tests use the `skip_if_unavailable!` macro to handle service unavailability:
