### ❌ Failed Tests Analysis
#### 1. test_cache_redis_consistency (Line 1010)
**Error**: "Combined should not exceed capacity"
**Root Cause**: Two rate limiter instances allowed 10 requests each (total 20), exceeding single-user capacity of 10
**Impact**: Cache coherence issue between multiple instances
**Fix Required**: Synchronize cache invalidation across instances via Redis pub/sub
#### 2. test_redis_persistence (Line 162)
**Error**: "Total should respect shared state"
**Root Cause**: Two instances allowed more requests than expected in shared Redis state
**Impact**: Potential race condition in Redis Lua script execution
**Fix Required**: Review Lua script atomicity guarantees
