# Wave 76 Agent 9: Load Testing Results and Infrastructure Assessment

## Executive Summary
**Result**: ⚠️ **PARTIAL SUCCESS** - Full load testing blocked by infrastructure, but critical performance targets validated via microbenchmarks.
