- Only 7 minor warnings (unused variables in test helpers)

### 2. ⚠️ Test Infrastructure Issue (Redis Connectivity)
**Root Cause**: Test environment configuration
- 63 of 70 failures (90%) are Redis connection errors
- Tests use `localhost:6379` but Docker container requires network-aware connection
- Redis IS running and healthy: `docker-compose ps redis → Up (healthy)`
**Evidence**:
